Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 working days for processing. On weekdays, processing usually takes one working day, but if you place your order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer.

After your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Order Process

The ordering process on the GlowPets website is as simple as possible.

First, open the product page and add the desired product to your shopping basket by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.

It is important to check whether you have selected the correct product variant.
If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

On the “Information” page, you must enter your correct delivery details.
Please ensure all information is filled in accurately.
Once confirmed, click “Continue to Shipping”.

On the “Shipping” page, you can review your delivery details once again.
Here, we indicate that all shipping is completely free.
As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the costs of shipping and delivery.

You may now continue by clicking “Proceed to Payment”.

On the “Payment” page, you can choose from several payment options.
All payment methods at GlowPets are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring a secure checkout environment at all times.

After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order”.
